1. What hours are the Ramsey County offices open?

Most offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., except for holidays.

Please note:
The following offices are closed daily from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.:
Auditor, Emergency Management, Extension, IT/GIS, Recorder, State's Attorney, Superintendent of Schools, Tax Equalization, and Treasurer.

The Veteran's Service office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

The Highway shop's hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

2. Where can I get my papers notarized?

The Auditor's, Recorder's, and Treasurer's offices have notaries on staff. A picture ID is required and there is no charge for this service

3. What property information is available online?

4. When are taxes due?

Due Dates
A 5% discount is given on the consolidated tax for both real estate and mobile homes if paid (or postmarked) on or before February 15 of each year. For real estate, the first half plus the full amount of yearly installment of special assessments are due by March 1; the second half is due (or postmarked) on or before October 15. For mobile homes, the fist half is due by March 1st; the second half is due by July 1st.
