NOTICE
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Office of the County Auditor for Surplus County owned vehicles to be sold as is.
All vehicles are located at the Highway Department, 919 5th St NE, Devils Lake and the sale for those items will take place in the Commissioners Room on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or to accept such bids as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
Terms: Cash
Conditions: Items must be removed from county property upon notification of award.
Anyone having submitted a sealed bid(s) has the option to raise their bid(s) at the time of the sale.
Deliver or send sealed bids in an envelope marked “Surplus Property” with item number, bid amount, name, address & phone number to the Ramsey County Auditor, 524 4th Ave NE Unit 6, Devils Lake ND 58301-2487.
