Ramsey County will be offering for sale the OLD EDMORE SHOP located at 404 1st Ave NE in Edmore, ND. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM Monday, June 19, 2017 at the office of the Ramsey County Auditor. On Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 5:45 in the County Commissioners Room of the Court House the property will be auctioned and sold to the highest bidder. At the time of the sale anyone may bid on the property however all sealed bids will qualify as bids also. The sale will include all items located inside both buildings including the propane tank and fuel barrel. Sealed bids can be mailed or dropped off at the Ramsey County Auditor Office, 524 4th Ave NE Unit 6, Devils Lake, ND 58301-2487 and marked on the outside Old Edmore Shop.
