Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the Office of the County Auditor for Surplus County owned miscellaneous items to be sold as is.
A list of the items may be picked up at the Auditor’s Office, 524 4th Ave NE, Devils Lake ND 58301 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or visit the county website at www.co.ramsey.nd.us
Items that are located at the Courthouse can be viewed in the Basement Meeting Room & Auditor’s Office and the sale for those items will take place in the Auditor’s Office on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
Items that are located at the Highway Department can be viewed at 919 5th St NE, Devils Lake and the sale for those items will take place in the Commissioners Room on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 5:45 p.m.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or to accept such bids as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
Conditions: Items must be removed from county property upon notification of award.
Anyone having submitted a sealed bid(s) has the option to raise their bid(s) at the time of the sale.
Deliver or send sealed bids in an envelope marked “Surplus Property” with item number, bid amount, name, address & phone number to the Ramsey County Auditor, 524 4th Ave NE Unit 6, Devils Lake ND 58301-2487.
