Applications For 2017 Property Tax Exemptions of Farm Residences are due February 1 to the Ramsey County Tax Equalization Office. This application must be filed every year on or before February 1 of the year for which the exemption is being requested.

If you do not apply by the February 1 deadline, it will be assumed that your residence is taxable and your residence will be added to the tax rolls starting with the 2017 tax year.
