A plan to permanently change the official website address for Ramsey County has been implemented. The new address is: RamseyCountyND.gov
The move to a .gov domain will make for a more concise and easily identified name. It brings increased authority and security as well since .gov domains are solely available to US-based governments.
For now, both the old and new addresses work concurrently and bring visitors to the same website. Anyone using the old address of www.co.ramsey.nd.us will be redirected to the new address. The website will continue this way for some time to allow search engines to index the new address and so bookmarks/links can be updated. Updates will be posted here.
The related site that hosts the Parcel Viewer is separate and will not change at this time.
